About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Backend Developer (.NET Core) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+. The candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and be capable of delivering secure, high-performance, and reliable software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core / .NET 6+.
Develop, enhance, and optimize RESTful APIs for internal and external applications.
Collaborate with Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
Develop and maintain integrations with Oracle, SQL Server, and other relational databases.
Design and implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
Troubleshoot application issues, debug defects, and optimize application performance.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical discussions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for APIs, backend services, and system architecture.
Continuously improve existing applications by identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimization techniques.
Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using .NET Core / .NET 6+.
Strong programming skills in C# with solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API.
Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and ORM concepts.
Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.
Good understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and performance optimization.
Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, or Identity Framework.
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI for API documentation.
Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
