Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Backup & Infrastructure Specialist to manage and enhance our enterprise backup ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data protection, availability, and resilience across cloud and virtual environments. This role requires a hands-on professional who can take ownership of backup operations and align them with modern infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, deploy, and manage Druva backup solutions across servers and environments
Monitor daily backup operations to ensure successful completion and 100% data integrity
Maintain backup logs, reports, and alerting mechanisms for proactive issue resolution
Optimize backup strategies across:

Microsoft Azure environments
Virtual platforms (Hyper-V, VMware ESXi)

Troubleshoot backup failures and ensure timely resolution of issues
Align backup infrastructure with evolving system architecture and business continuity requirements
Maintain clear documentation for backup configurations, policies, and procedures
Ensure compliance with organizational data protection and governance standards

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in backup administration and infrastructure support
Strong hands-on expertise in:Microsoft Azure,Hyper-V,VMware ESXi

In-depth knowledge of Windows Server environments
Experience managing enterprise-level backup solutions and large datasets
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to ensure high availability and reliability in critical environments

Preferred Skills

Experience with Druva backup platform (strongly preferred)
Exposure to Linux environments
Familiarity with backup monitoring, reporting tools, and automation
Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity practices
