Business Analyst - Mortgage

Responsibilities
●Client and stakeholder interaction for requirement gathering and clarification in a client-facing environment.
●Ideal candidate will have exposure as BA in mortgage finance environment, if not exposure handling financial application with a transactional interface.
●Preparation and maintenance of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and GAP analysis documents.
●Functional solutioning and articulation of requirements and workflows to technical teams.
●Participation in UAT activities including test scenario preparation and defect coordination.
●Use of common BA and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Excel.
●Basic understanding of technical concepts including APIs, system integrations, and database structures.
●Collaboration with UI/UX teams on wireframes, mock-ups, or user flows.
●Handling of change requests with basic impact analysis.
●Experience working in at least one functional or industry domain such as SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, or Retail.
●Hands-on exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery with a working understanding of the SDLC would be advantageous

Preferred: MCA, MBA, B. Tech
Can be considered: Graduation (Minimum) with strong match with the required work experience.
