About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and international business development.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads in target markets.
Support the team with outreach activities via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Requirements
Strong interest in sales, business development, or marketing.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, SaaS, or IT services is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confident in communicating with clients and prospects (Australia and international).
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads.
Comfortable using Google Workspace / MS Office, Asana, and LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of email marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification is a plus.
Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented.
Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
