Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in market research, lead generation and content writing for IT services—especially in software development and staff augmentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of international markets (US, Europe, Middle East), be comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn to identify prospects, and possess excellent communication and content creation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and explore business opportunities in global markets.
• Identify potential clients through market research and digital platforms.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, events, and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing to create impactful sales content, blogs, case studies, and campaign material.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor movements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6 years of experience in business development for IT services (software development, staff augmentation).
• Proven international market exposure (US, Europe, Middle East).
• Strong communication, networking, and content writing skills.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
• Proactive and target-oriented.
