Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive Trainee to drive business growth for our IT and ITES services. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client acquisition, and international business development and are eager to build a successful career in the field.

As a key member of the organization, the selected candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and contributing to revenue growth across international markets, with a primary focus on the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, and other lead generation channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients for IT and ITES services.
• Initiate contact with potential clients and schedule meetings to understand their business requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and service offerings to prospective clients.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems and reports.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to understand service offerings and effectively communicate solutions to clients.
• Develop long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Meet assigned lead generation, client acquisition, and business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in interacting with international clients through email, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Basic understanding of IT and ITES services is preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
