✔ Commercial negotiations & revenue growth
✔ Estate/Farm operations exposure
✔ Premium market positioning & pricing strategy
✔ Specialty coffee & branded produce growth
✔ Channel-wise revenue development (Retail, HoReCa, B2B, Export)
✔ Brand storytelling, digital marketing & premium positioning
✔ Cross-functional leadership with plantation, supply chain & buyers
