Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Content Writer & Strategist with 1–2 years of experience in social media and short-form video content. The ideal candidate should be skilled in developing engaging content strategies, writing high-converting copy, and creating compelling reel concepts aligned with current trends and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions, and ad copies for reels and short-form video content.
• Plan and conceptualize creative reel ideas based on trends, audience insights, and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to bring content ideas to life.
• Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in content writing and social media strategy.
• Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills.
• Hands-on experience in writing for reels, short videos, and digital campaigns.
• Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and content analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with content calendars and campaign planning.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
