Data Center Support Engineer -L2-Server

Data Center Support Engineer -L2-Server (On site- Bangalore), Preffered 3 to 5 years experience in related to Server /Storage infra Managing the Physical Infra at Data center , Patch management , Back up /Tape management

Responsibilities:
* L2 support engineer, having basic knowledge of Windows, Linux servers & Network Equipment such as Firewall, Switch etc.
* Should have basic knowledge of maintenance of IT infrastructure, more related to Server Side.
* Will be responsible for taking checklists.
* Patching of windows servers
* Managing tape backup.
* Should be able to interact with OEM’s for implementations and troubleshooting.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities
* Strong communication skills, Strong interpersonal skills, Willingness to work out of hours to support the system in case of an emergency.
* Certifications related to Server /OS will be an added advantage.
* Those who are already available in Bangalore preferred.

Educational qualification:
* Bachelor's Degree, with IT Infra Related Certifications preferability Server /OS related

Experience Range:
* 3-5 Years

Required work experience:
* Experience as Data center Infra Support engineer in similar organizations

Must have technical skills
* Good Knowledge about Server -Storage Architecture , Rack mounting, Cabling
