Digital Marketing Executive

Tech Aventure Infosolution LLP is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of driving measurable results for brand growth and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
Plan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Content & Social Media Management
Create and manage content across company social media channels.
Design basic creatives, reels, and promotional content using Canva or similar tools.
Coordinate with the design/development team for landing pages and website updates.
SEO & Website Optimization
Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
Track keyword performance and improve search engine visibility.
Conduct competitor analysis and prepare performance improvement strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze data using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, etc.
Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and growth suggestions.
Evaluate campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
Lead Generation & CRM
Manage leads and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups.
Improve funnel performance to increase conversions.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing preferred.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and performance analytics tools.
Creative skills using Canva/Photoshop.
Excellent communication, planning, and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
