Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and manage advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.

Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.

Optimize website architecture, content, and internal linking structure for maximum visibility.

Implement and monitor on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements.

Work with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content.

Track, analyze, and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Collaborate with the design, development, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns.

Assist in paid marketing efforts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) if required, and align them with SEO strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist.

Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.

Hands-on experience with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.

Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console.

Experience with content strategy and link-building campaigns.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with local SEO and GMB optimization.

Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Knowledge of paid ads, social media marketing, and email campaigns.

Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and automation.
