Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with 3–5 years of experience in building modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of frontend and backend development, database design, REST APIs, and cloud-based deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications while contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development
1. Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
2. Build reusable, modular, and maintainable code.
3. Participate in the complete software development lifecycle.
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
5. Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability.

Frontend Development
1. Develop responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
2. Build applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.
3. Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
4. Optimize frontend performance through lazy loading and code splitting.
5. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.

Backend Development
1. Develop backend services using Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or NestJS.
2. Build and maintain RESTful APIs (GraphQL knowledge is an added advantage).
3. Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth2, and RBAC.
4. Work with asynchronous processing and caching mechanisms such as Redis.
5. Integrate third-party APIs and services.

Database Management
1. Design and manage relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
2. Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
3. Write optimized SQL queries and implement indexing strategies.
4. Manage database migrations and version control.
5. Understand connection pooling concepts and basic performance optimization.

DevOps & Cloud
1. Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
2. Work with Docker for containerization.
3. Support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
4. Basic knowledge of Kubernetes is an advantage.

Collaboration
1. Work closely with Product, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.
2. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
3. Perform code reviews and follow coding best practices.
4. Contribute to technical discussions and solution design.

Required Skills

Technical Skills
1. 3–5 years of experience in Full-Stack Development.
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
3. Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
4. Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or NestJS.
5. Good understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
6. Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
7. Knowledge of Git version control.
8. Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
9. Understanding of software design principles, OOP, and SOLID principles.
10. Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
3. Exposure to microservices architecture is a plus.
4. Knowledge of GraphQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka is an added advantage.
