Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join under the business
domain Global Surf Digital Media LLC (https://www.globalsurf.ae/) .The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital design, branding, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals with a modern design approach and strong visual storytelling skills. Experience in designing brochures, company profiles, presentations, and brand materials for architecture, real estate, construction, or related industries will be highly preferred. The role also requires awareness of AI-powered creative workflows and the ability to leverage emerging AI tools to enhance design efficiency, ideation, and content production.
Job Responsibilities
• Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, and
branding projects.
• Create brochures, company profiles, presentations, pitch decks, catalogs, and other marketing
collaterals.
• Develop brand identities including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools and creative platforms to improve workflow efficiency, generate
concepts, and enhance visual output.
• Ensure consistency in visual communication across all digital platforms and brand touchpoints.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-driven creative technologies, social media formats.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality design standards and meeting deadlines.
• Contribute innovative ideas and creative concepts that enhance audience engagement and brand
visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency
environment.
• Strong experience in creating brochures, company profiles, presentations, and branding
materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics is an added advantage.
• Strong Knowledge of AI-based creative tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and conversion-focused designs.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, brochures, digital creatives, and campaign designs
