We are offering a 3-month internship program for fresh graduates and recent pass-outs who are eager to grow in the IT industry. This program provides hands-on exposure to supporting and troubleshooting .NET applications, cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), Windows Servers, and SQL Server environments. It’s a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects while building a strong foundation for your career in software and technical support.
What You Will Learn:
Software implementation, configuration and Technical Support.
Core concepts of technical support for web-based applications.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server troubleshooting.
Installation of IIS Web Servers and deployment of web applications.
Basics of SQL queries, database setup, configuration, and maintenance.
Log analysis and diagnosing real-time software issues.
Deployment and production support for web applications built in .NET.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, and cloud services.
Exposure to technologies like ASP.NET, C#, jQuery, JavaScript, Node.js etc.
Experience with ticketing systems, customer communication, and documentation.
Best practices for working with development and QA teams in a professional setting.
Who Can Apply:
Fresh graduates or recently passed-out students (B.Tech, BSc, MCA, or equivalent in CS/IT).
Strong aptitude for learning and interest in a technical career path.
A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Windows, SQL, or web applications is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
