We are offering a 3-month internship program for graduates who are eager to grow in the IT industry. This program provides hands-on exposure to supporting and troubleshooting .NET applications, cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), Windows Servers, and SQL Server environments. It’s a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects while building a strong foundation for your career in software and technical support.
What You Will Learn:
Software implementation, configuration and Technical Support.
Core concepts of technical support for web-based applications.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server troubleshooting.
Installation of IIS Web Servers and deployment of web applications.
Basics of SQL queries, database setup, configuration, and maintenance.
Log analysis and diagnosing real-time software issues.
Deployment and production support for web applications built in .NET.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, and cloud services.
Exposure to technologies like ASP.NET, C#, jQuery, JavaScript, Node.js etc.
Experience with ticketing systems, customer communication, and documentation.
Best practices for working with development and QA teams in a professional setting.
Technologies:
• Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server.
• AWS, Azure and cloud services.
• ASP.NET, C#, jQuery, JavaScript.
• REACT, MongoDB, Express.JS and Node JS.
Who Can Apply:
Graduates: (B.Tech, BSc, MCA, or equivalent in CS/IT).
Knowledge of Windows Server Environments, SQL, Web applications, and Cloud.
Strong aptitude for learning and interest in a technical career path.
A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Full-time employment is offered to selected candidates after successful completion of the internship.
