Job Title: L1 Support Intern

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented L1 Support Intern to join our support team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in IT support and gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and providing first-level technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for applications, systems, and user issues
Monitor system alerts and respond to incidents in a timely manner
Log, track, and manage support tickets using internal tools
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network-related issues
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
Assist in maintaining documentation for common issues and resolutions
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of support requests
Collaborate with team members to improve support processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
