Management Trainee

Location:
Chickmagalur, Mangalore

Experience:
1-2 years

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and updating user manuals, guides, and FAQs for ERP modules.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and tutorial videos.
Edit and produce video content for training and demos.
Document product features, workflows, and process steps clearly.
Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Maintain demo environments with relevant and realistic data for training and demonstrations

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, IT, or related preferred)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of ERP or willingness to learn ERP systems
Knowledge of video editing tools and content creation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
Proactive attitude with interest in learning and taking ownership

Preferred:
Internship or project experience in documentation, content creation, or ERP tools
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Microsoft ClipChamp, VideoScribe, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere etc.)
