Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to build scalable analytics solutions
Transform complex engineering and product data into actionable insights and dashboards
Work closely with engineering and product leadership

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards
Translate technical data into well-defined KPIs, including:Delivery Speed,Quality Reliability,Productivity AI Adoption & Impact

Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to: Define data contracts,Standardize metrics

Optimize: Data models,DAX calculations,Report performance

Ensure dashboards are: Scalable,User-friendly,Performance optimized

Establish governance standards for: Metric consistency,Documentation,Dashboard lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in BI / Analytics
Strong expertise in Power BI
Hands-on experience with: DAX, Star Schema Data Modeling, Power Query
Experience with Azure SQL-based analytics
Proven experience in building C-level dashboards
Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills

Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft Fabric: Lakehouse,Semantic Models,Direct Lake
Exposure to:Azure DevOps,GitHub,Jira
