Presales Associate

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the sales team in understanding customer needs and business challenges
2. Support the preparation of technical proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses
3. Conduct product demonstrations and explain basic solution capabilities
4. Collaborate with senior consultants and technical and implementation teams.
5. Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends
6. Gather and document customer feedback during the presales process
7. Help with internal reporting and tracking of sales opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2. Basic understanding of IT systems, products, or services relevant to the company
3. Strong communication and presentation skills
4. Eagerness to learn about products, solutions, and industry best practices
5. Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills
6. Detail-oriented and organized
