Product Designer (ERP / Dashboards)

Responsibilities

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and
experience.
*Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
*Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
*Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
*Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the product.
*Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements
*Proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating design expertise in ERP or backend systems.
*Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
*Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
*Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
*Experience in user research and user-centered design methodologies.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
*Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
*Basic backend knowledge (e.g., understanding of APIs, databases) is a plus.
*Familiarity with industry standards and trends in ERP systems.
*Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
