Product Owner (7+yrs)

We're growing rapidly and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across India, the Middle East, and the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog, defining clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and translate them into product features.
• Drive product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and usage data to identify insights and generate new product ideas.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, and impact, balancing short-term needs with long-term growth.
• Work interactively with development teams to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Act as a champion of innovation—bringing forward new ideas and ensuring continuous improvement of product and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in product development.
• Technical skill on Postgres (to query and do data analysis)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly proactive, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills; thrives in an interactive, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a solid understanding of product management best practices.

Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/MBA
