Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 5+ Years in EPC Project Management)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects from initiation to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end project execution and ensure successful project delivery.
2. Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
4. Supervise multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
5. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
6. Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals.
7. Oversee project costing, budgeting, and commercial aspects.
8. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
9. Support business development activities and client relationship management.
10. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in EPC Project Management.
3. Strong experience in end-to-end project execution and delivery.
4. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
5. Experience in technical and commercial proposal preparation.
6. Strong knowledge of project costing, budgeting, and financial management.
7. Excellent client coordination and stakeholder management skills.
8. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
9. Sound engineering and commercial understanding.
10. Experience in Oil & Gas, Marine, Industrial, Fire & Safety, or related EPC projects will be an added advantage.
