Key Responsibilities:

Handle sales of apartments and villas.
Follow up on leads and convert the enquiries.
Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in real estate/construction sales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of residential real estate (apartments & villas).
Ability to handle customers professionally and close deals.
Proactive, target-driven, and team-oriented mindset.
