Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview
Senior Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in IT and technology-driven projects. The role will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing appropriate solutions, preparing functional documentation, and managing client engagements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct client discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
2. Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
3. Design practical technology solutions aligned with business requirements.
4. Prepare process maps, BRDs, functional specifications, workflows, user stories, and other project documentation.
5. Manage client expectations, communication, scope, risks, and project priorities.
6.Coordinate with technical, functional, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
7. Support solutioning across ERP, AI, automation, business intelligence, databases, and other technology platforms.
8. Participate in project planning, UAT, implementation, training, and post-go-live support.
9. Identify edge cases, dependencies, gaps, and potential risks before development.
10. Support proposal preparation, effort estimation, presentations, and solution demonstrations.

Experience and Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Solution Consultant, or similar role.
2. Strong experience in IT solutions, ERP systems, process mapping, and process optimization.
3. Working knowledge of AI solutions, automation, databases, APIs, and system integrations.
4. Basic understanding of finance, accounting processes, and financial reporting.
5. Experience in project management and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
6. Strong documentation, presentation, and client-management skills.
