This position plays a pivotal role in driving our startup’s growth and global expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong business relationships, closing strategic deals, and contributing to the company’s overall business development initiatives.
We are seeking professionals with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT International Business, possessing a proven track record in client acquisition, international market development, and revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new international business opportunities within the IT sector.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with global clients and partners.
* Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to deal closure.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Represent the company at international meetings, conferences, and networking events.
* Prepare business proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
* Used various methods (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to reach out to prospects and generate leads.
* Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns and generate leads through content marketing, social media, and other efforts.
Required Skills & Knowledge
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT International Business Development or a related field.
* Strong understanding of international markets, client management, and B2B sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and business goals.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a startup environment.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
