Senior .NET/ .NET Core Developer (Exp: 5+ Years)

We are looking for a Senior .NET/ .NET Core Developer/ Technical Lead with strong .NET expertise to lead software projects end-to-end, manage development teams, and serve as a key client-facing stakeholder.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own end-to-end delivery of .NET-based application projects
2. Lead and mentor development teams
3. Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and solution oversight
4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
5. Manage timelines, risks, and delivery quality
Skills & Requirements:
1. 5 - 10+ years in software development with strong .NET / C# experience
2. Hands-on knowledge of ASP.NET / .NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server
3. Proven experience managing teams and client engagements
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
1. Azure / Cloud exposure
2. Agile / Scrum experience
3. IT services or offshore delivery background
