Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Power BI, Power Automate & Azure DevOps Specialist to support PMO operations through advanced analytics, workflow automation, and Azure DevOps customization.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering executive dashboards, automated workflows, and robust reporting solutions that enhance project governance and portfolio visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize Azure DevOps work item types (WITs)
Manage role-based permissions and access controls
Build and maintain: Queries,Dashboards,Reporting views
Support PMO reporting and executive-level visibility
Power BI Development
Gather and analyze business requirements
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards
Maintain and enhance existing reports and data models
Deliver KPI dashboards and executive insights
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
Power Automate
Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate workflows
Create notifications and SLA escalation alerts
Optimize and modify existing automation processes
DAX & Data Modeling
Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations, including:
Time intelligence
SLA aging
Business-day calculations
State tracking
Build and maintain optimized data models (Star Schema)
Define and track KPI metrics for project performance
Required Experience
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
3+ years of experience in:
Azure DevOps configuration
Power Automate workflows
Power BI dashboards with DAX
Required Skills
Power BI – Expert
Power Automate – Expert
Advanced DAX
Data Modeling (Star Schema, Performance Optimization)
Azure DevOps – Advanced
ADO API Integration
Sprint & Release Analytics
SQL – Advanced
