Position Summary :

Intbrains Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and driving online engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing posts on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Assist with implementing content calendars to align with marketing campaigns and objectives.
• Generate and share creative ideas for campaigns, stories, and reels.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry content.
• Monitor social media engagement and interact with followers where required.
• Help track performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
• Oversee and manage the company’s social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all posts and interactions.
• Support the marketing team in daily tasks related to online promotions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify latest social media trends.

Key Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or any related field.
• Candidates with certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management will be an added advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools (preferred).
• Creativity and eagerness to learn digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
