Software Tester

More than 2 years of experience in QA Testing [Frontend & Backend].
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for both automated and manual testing.
To provide guidance and support to facilitate the fair operation of the system.
Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
Understand the functionality of the application before starting the testing.
Identify, isolate and replicate software defects, research root causes, debug issues, and propose regression tests to discover reoccurrences.
Knowledge of using automated testing tools such as Selenium.
Knowledge in performance testing and tools like JMeter is considered a plus.
Knowledge of testing methodologies (i.e. functional testing, user acceptance testing etc.)
Good understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, XML, JSON and REST APIs.
Experience with databases, API, backend systems, and mobile testing (iOS/Android).
Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting.
Familiarity with Git, Jira or other version control systems.
Previous experience working as a QA engineer.
Experience in working in an Agile environment is an added advantage.
Ability to work as an individual contributor.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
