Sr. UX Strategist(Exp:4+years)

Responsibilities

*Strategic UX Planning: Define and communicate UX strategies aligned with product and business goals. Champion a user-first mindset
in all phases of design and development.
*User Research & Insights: Lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
Interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
*Experience Mapping: Develop journey maps, user flows, empathy maps, and service blueprints to outline user interactions and
touchpoints across products and services.
*Information Architecture: Define and structure content, features, and navigation systems to create clear, intuitive, and accessible user
experiences.
*Wireframing & Prototyping: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate strategy into wireframes, low-to-high fidelity prototypes, and
interaction models.
*Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and clients to align UX strategy with business objectives and technological
feasibility.
*UX Audits & Recommendations: Conduct usability evaluations of existing products and provide actionable improvement plans.
*Mentoring & Team Leadership: Guide junior UX designers and contribute to the growth and evolution of UX practices within the team.

Requirements

*4+ years of experience in UX strategy, research, or experience design roles.
*Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy work across web and mobile platforms.
*Expertise in user research techniques, UX tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Miro, Maze), and usability testing.
*Solid understanding of human-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
*Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
*Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
*Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams.
*Familiarity with front-end development or tech feasibility discussions.
