Qualification:

ITI / diploma courses or above.

Responsibilities:

Field support in Hardware and software. Perform basic troubleshooting.
Initiates follow up calls with clients.
Responding to client IT support requests via chats, calls, and appointments.
Providing technical support via remote access and onsite.
Update and monitor ticketing systems.

Essential requirements:

Good communication skills.
Willing to work in night shifts.
Basic skills for working as a Desktop Support Executive, Technical Support trainee, or a related role.
Good knowledge of working with Windows systems.
Proficient knowledge of computer systems and their peripherals.

Advantage and preferences :

Hardware and networking certifications or hand on experiences.
