About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Engineer with 0–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing intuitive user experiences and implementing responsive user interfaces, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user needs into efficient, user-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-centered designs.
• Design and optimize user experiences specifically for mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, illustrations and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Design, develop and implement responsive, interactive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to continuously improve user experience.
• Ensure consistency in design patterns, branding, and accessibility across platforms.
• Optimize UI performance across multiple devices and browsers.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and front-end development.
Qualifications
• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer/Engineer.
• Expertise in mobile app design and development of mobile-first interfaces.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks will be an added advantage.
• Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
